lower French Quarter and Marigny for a few dollars. There is also the French Market open to crowds ready to taste Creole and Cajun delicacies, fresh fruit, and sandwiches to order.

stalls selling jewelry, novelty wares and leather goods. Here, every
conceivable distraction is for sale at the shopper’s fingertips. For
